Red Education Advice to Students Regarding the Coronavirus Outbreak

Red Education values the safety and health of our customers and staff above all else. Considering both regional and overseas developments with COVID-19, based on guidance from local Government agencies we will continue to service your local training requirements.

The safety of our clients, students, vendors, and partners is important to us. As a duty of care and in recognition of this situation, our customers and student’s requirements have quickly changed. Therefore, we need to be nimble enough as a business to recognize these changes, whilst protecting the health and safety of students and instructors. As a global training organization, this has been challenging, dealing with numerous governments, all reacting differently with local policy and strategy changes, to tackle the COVID – 19 situation.

The customer is always centric to everything we do; therefore, we are changing our standard training practices to quickly accommodate this customer need. The common-sense approach, until further notice, will be to convert our predominately face to face training to virtual methodologies. Attached are our standard methods explaining virtual practices conducted within Red Education.

With large corporations and local business mandating Activity Based working, at Red Education, we see an opportunity to focus on the educational development of technical staff before they are brought back physically into the work environment. In response to the coronavirus, we have communicated to our team a change in direction and our transition from physical to 100% virtual training. This is something we have specialized in for over ten (10) years.

The professional standards exhibited by our cadre of instructors is second to none across the globe. It’s what sets our business apart from any other training organization.

If you are unsure about any information provided above or need to change your booking to virtual attendance, please contact your local account manager.

We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the Department of Health and/or local public health authorities and update our strategy accordingly.

In the meantime, we are open for business and as always, are here to support you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Kind Regards

Mike Baird
