Our Hiring Process
Step 1: Learn
Join our network, and we’ll notify you when roles open up that match your interests and abilities.
Step 2: Demonstrate
Apply to a position, and we’ll reach out to chat and see if it’s a fit. You’ll do a Pecha Kucha (storytelling) on a topic to show off your skills.
Step 3: Prepare
Once you’re hired, we’ll provide you with curriculum materials and training to ensure your success in the classroom.
Step 4: Inspire
Teach your course, make an impact, and become an official member of our instructor community.
