Red Education Privacy Statement

 Our organization places a high value on the security and privacy of all information we handle. We adhere to the principles of privacy by design and default, and our risk assessment process provides transparency regarding the use of your data. We take measures to ensure data is protected both in transit and at rest, and we do not retain it for any longer than necessary to provide our services. Red Education’s methodology for risk assessment and treatment, as well as our incident management procedure, reflect our commitment to continuous development and incorporate best practices for privacy and PII management. 1. At Red Education Pty Ltd (ABN 70116 476 076), which operates under the name Red Education, we highly prioritize privacy. We adhere to the APPs outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 and maintain this privacy policy when handling personal information.

2. Do you have any personal information to share? According to the Privacy Act and this privacy policy, personal information refers to any details that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and occupation.

3. At Red Education, we gather personal information to provide comprehensive training, efficient customer service, and business-related activities. Your interactions with us determine the type of information we collect. Generally, we collect your name, business address, email address, phone number, rank, customer feedback, questionnaires, and registrations for our events and seminars. We highly respect your privacy and do not collect sensitive information like your health, religion, politics, birth date, or race without your permission. Before collecting sensitive data for business purposes, we seek your explicit approval.

4. Kindly note that if you decline to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to serve your organization efficiently. To ensure the accuracy of data, we regularly back up and restore personally identifiable information (PII). In case of a system failure, including loss of PII, we can retrieve the data within two weeks by using our backups which are kept for 28 days.

We cannot guarantee the complete security of any online communications with Red Education, nor can we ensure that any information transmitted over the internet won’t be intercepted. If requested, we will take reasonable steps to remove or de-identify your personal information. However, please note that we may be required by law or a court/tribunal order to retain certain information.

If you have any concerns regarding the handling of your personal information by Red Education or wish to report any breaches, please address them to the Privacy Officer at the given address.
