We adhere to the principles of privacy by design and default, and our risk assessment process provides transparency regarding the use of your data. We take measures to ensure data is protected both in transit and at rest, and we do not retain it for any longer than necessary to provide our services. 3. At Red Education, we gather personal information to provide comprehensive training, efficient customer service, and business-related activities. Your interactions with us determine the type of information we collect. Generally, we collect your name, business address, email address, phone number, rank, customer feedback, questionnaires, and registrations for our events and seminars. We highly respect your privacy and do not collect sensitive information like your health, religion, politics, birth date, or race without your permission. Before collecting sensitive data for business purposes, we seek your explicit approval.

4. Kindly note that if you decline to provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to serve your organization efficiently. To ensure the accuracy of data, we regularly back up and restore personally identifiable information (PII). In case of a system failure, including loss of PII, we can retrieve the data within two weeks by using our backups which are kept for 28 days.
