Tsung is an experienced IT Engineer with over 20 years in the IT industry. His past roles have included technical consulting, training and support with telecommunication and software vendors, system integrators and enterprise customers throughout the Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas regions.
Tsung started his career as an electronics engineer and then moved into systems engineering, starting training as part of that role. With a colleague he started his own consulting company, which gradually evolved to specialise in training. Eventually being an instructor became Tsung’s full time occupation, leading him to his role at Red Education today.

Nutanix Certified Instructor, Nutanix Certified Professional 5, Nutanix Certified Services Consultant, Paessler Certified Instructor, Paessler Certified Monitoring Expert, VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization 2020.
Work-life balance
With a background in training internationally, Tsung enjoys exploring new places and cultures. He is now based in Adelaide in South Australia, having relocated there from Sydney for a more relaxed lifestyle, with less traffic and a more family-friendly work/life balance than other larger cities. Living in the Adelaide Hills, Tsung enjoys making the most of wide-open spaces. He spends his free time hiking and also visiting the beaches around Adelaide, especially for fishing and crabbing. Recently he has taken up motorbiking and has ambitions to explore South Australia on a classic Royal Enfield bike with a sidecar.
