Red Education Announces Strategic Partnership with EPI to promote and deliver EPI Data Center Training Services across ANZ, USA and Sri Lanka

Red Education is proud to announce it has been awarded a reseller agreement supporting EPI.

Mike Baird

“This is a very exciting development for Red Education,” said Mike Baird, Red Education Managing Director.

“This was a strategic move to help support our companies broader cloud training strategy. As the world rushes to transition from on-premise services to a hybrid or full cloud adoption, it made perfect sense to our business, that we needed an enabling service to provide data centre training expertise to support the broader cloud community”

“I was attracted to EPI because of their well-known reputation across this training space. This partnership will help our cloud customers and partners across these regions. We support Cloud Service enablers such as AWS, Nutanix, VMWARE and RedHat, and as an analogy, It’s similar to a vehicle that gets you from Point A – B, whilst data centres are the engine that provides the energy to propel that vehicle, it’s the engineers that service that engine, we’re specifically targeting for training services”.

Edward van Leent

According to Edward van Leent, Chairman and CEO of the EPI Group of Companies, “EPI’s vision is to make high-quality data centre training and certification education available to people and companies around the world to advance the industry. We work with selected partners to help us achieve this goal. Red Education shares the same commitment and drive and we are very pleased to partner with them.”

Growth Opportunities and Courses availability

“The United States Data Centre Market was valued at USD 8.4 billion in 2020, and it is expected to reach USD 13.91 billion by 2026, registering a CAGR of 8.63% during the forecast period (2021-2026). The explosion of data centres across all regions is what attracted us to EPI.”

“EPI develops and offers a wide range of globally accredited certified data centre professional training courses such as CDCP / CDCS / CDCE / CDFOS / CDFOM / CDRP / CDMS / CTDC / CTIA / CTEA.  Their courses enable organisations to educate and align their staff on data centre design principles, data centre efficiency, green data centre principles, data centre management, data centre operations management, security management, disaster recovery management, data centre migration, and ANSI/TIA-942 design and audit.

EPI also offers certified IT professional training courses fully aligned with the e-CF (European e-Competence Framework) such as CITO / CITM / CITE. ,” We look forward to supporting and promoting EPI services.” Baird said.
