Nitin’s diverse background encompasses working as a Technical Specialist, Solution Designing, Implementation, Program Management, Customer engagement, Data center management, Field support and ISO Quality System implementations over his 21+ years in the IT industry. His experience includes working with high-end Enterprise Network systems in multi-vendor platforms in Data, Voice, Security, Wireless, Application Delivery Networking and WAN Optimization.
He has worked with multiple technologies, including F5, Palo Alto, Riverbed, Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, Radware and Watchguard.

‘Knowledge increases by sharing’
Nitin says that he has always believed that “Knowledge increases by sharing not by saving”. Before he officially became a trainer, he describes how he always took the time to teach his team members multiple skills and this became his passion.
Now he says that his love of teaching is his true calling. “It gives me immense satisfaction when I see the happy faces at the end of the training and when I see 5 Star reviews from everyone, he said.

As well as sharing his knowledge as a Red Education trainer, Nitin also teaches others in his spare time. He has his own YouTube channel, A1 School Projects & Crafts, with over 10,000 followers, where he demonstrates how to create some incredible craft projects.
Nitin enjoys the many festivals that take place in his region, playing the Dhol Tasha, a traditional Indian drum that features in the Ganesh Festival in Maharashtra India. At home, he is also learning to play the piano.
He loves to spend time with his family and has taken them with him when traveling to train clients overseas. He is an expert badminton payer and also enjoys trying more adventurous sports, such as scuba diving, skiing and sky-diving.
