The PingOne Administration course gives you practical skills to manage and operate PingOne as a cloud-based identity platform. You’ll learn how to administer users, populations, roles, and groups, integrate applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC, and troubleshoot common issues such as authentication failures, attribute mapping errors, and certificate problems. The course also covers configuring authentication and password policies, enabling MFA and FIDO methods, and managing the full identity lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Through guided labs and real-world scenarios, you’ll build the confidence to maintain a secure, reliable, and well-optimized PingOne environment.
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
Configure and manage PingOne environments, including users, populations, roles, attributes, and groups.
Integrate applications using SAML2, OAuth2, and OIDC, and troubleshoot common SSO and identity federation issues.
Create and manage authentication policies, password policies, MFA, and FIDO-based methods.
