You’ll learn how to administer users, populations, roles, and groups, integrate applications using SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC, and troubleshoot common issues such as authentication failures, attribute mapping errors, and certificate problems. The course also covers configuring authentication and password policies, enabling MFA and FIDO methods, and managing the full identity lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Through guided labs and real-world scenarios, you’ll build the confidence to maintain a secure, reliable, and well-optimized PingOne environment.
