Avaya - Installing and Supporting Call Management System (70190V)

This virtual-based training course is intended for Business Partners and Avaya Employees responsible for the installation and support of Avaya Call Management System (CMS) and those preparing for the 5303 – Avaya Call Management System credential (ASPS).The course covers the supported hardware platforms and explains the processes to install Call Management System in VMware environments. Students will have access to the Avaya Aura® Communication Manager (CM), System Manager (SMGR) and Avaya Call Management System to perform the procedures. The course also provides video demos for the student to experience some additional installation and maintenance tasks of the solution.
