Challenges
- Faced with an legacy 3-tier server, storage and network data systems running on aging infrastructure
- Needed to urgently migrate existing workloads onto Nutanix HCI
- Travel restrictions in Brisbane and lockdowns in Melbourne meant that the installation for the new Nutanix HCI platforms could not be done on-site
solutions
Worked alongside the client and Nutanix to come up with a tailored approach to install and deploy the solution remotely.
Using on-line collaboration and conferencing tools, our Project Manager and Technical Consultant worked closely with the client’s management and technical teams to successfully install the Nutanix solution and migrate the current workloads within a week.
Outcomes
IT workloads are now running on Nutanix’s software-driven, scalable HCI solution which provides improved performance and stability, eliminating common pain points associated with legacy infrastructure.
Flexible remote deployment option allowed the turnkey infrastructure to be deployed quickly and efficiently, allowing the client to focus to the applications and services powering their business.

Great course! Was not sure what to expect, but Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and clarified any information that students did not understand from the manual. It was easy to relate to the subject with Brian at the helm. Took time to come into break out sessions and assist when needed. Overall, a course that is worth your time!
