The client had implemented a Palo Alto Networks NextGeneration Firewall, and their team of network engineers was experienced with configuring it. The next stage in their learning was to be able to troubleshoot any issues that could arise and also to ensure the security of its growing number of mobile and remote network users.

Palo Alto Networks Firewall Troubleshooting (EDU330) – instructor-led training in which network security engineers gained the tools and techniques they need to effectively troubleshoot any issues related to the Firewall (or provide proof that a problem is not FireWallrelated).
Palo Alto Networks SASE – Prisma Access SASE Security (EDU-318) in which the team learned how to design, implement and operate the Prisma Access solution to better protect mobile users and the company’s IT infrastructure in remote networks using a SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) implementation.
Our user-friendly custom-built lab ensured that students were able to practice their new skills in simulated real-life scenarios without risk.
Outcomes
The customer was confident that her team had the depth of understanding needed to be able to troubleshoot any Firewall issues and that she would be able to deliver an effective SASE solution to the business.

Great course! Was not sure what to expect, but Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and clarified any information that students did not understand from the manual.
