Challenges
As a retail pharmacy, cybersecurity is a high priority for Chemist Warehouse, to protect sensitive customer data, including health and payment information, while ensuring secure and uninterrupted operations across its national store network. To support this, the organisation adopted Palo Alto Networks XSIAM for its AI-driven threat detection and automated response capabilities.
However, before training, the SOC team faced challenges in identifying which problems to tackle first and how to prioritise threats effectively. They aimed to better detect unknown threats, automate routine processes and focus on high-impact alerts. To close the knowledge gap and fully align with XSIAM’s capabilities, the team recognised the need for targeted, high-quality training.
