This client is one of the focus partners in Hong Kong for F5 Networks. They had a number of projects involving F5 BIG-IP that needed urgent support, but did not have the skilled resources to support them. They were experiencing a significant gap in skills after members of the technical team left the business, so the F5 Channel Business Manager recommended to the partner that they should invest in training their team.

Our account manager Jackson Lin worked closely with the client to tailor the optimum training solution to their needs. Senior Instructor Travis Loke delivered the F5 Adminstering BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM), F5 Configuring BIG-IP LTM and F5 Configuring BIG-IP DNS courses to the client’s network engineers.
Outcomes
The network engineering team gained new and updated knowledge of the F5 BIG-IP DNS and LTM features and functions. The client provided feedback describing how helpful the training was and how it increased productivity for the business.

Great course! Was not sure what to expect, but Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and clarified any information that students did not understand from the manual. It was easy to relate to the subject with Brian at the helm. Took time to come into break out sessions and assist when needed. Overall, a course that is worth your time!
