With important projects scheduled, the manufacturing arm of this multinational giant had a tight timeframe and limited budget to upskill its engineering team.
In a crowded training market, vendors were competing on cost. We successfully delivered the following Palo Alto Networks training courses back-to-back: EDU 210, EDU-318 & EDU-238. The courses were delivered within the required timeframe by proactively exploring workarounds for the trainer’s calendar and booking the labs. Along the way, innovative problem-solving was needed to overcome obstacles, ensure successful delivery and maximum participant engagement.
Outcomes
The participants remained highly engaged during the training sessions, which was exactly what management hoped for from the beginning. This allowed management to identify these engineers as key resources for upcoming projects. As a result, the company was able to deliver better project outcomes using fewer resources, ultimately leading to improved revenue. The training was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. The client even conducted a graduation ceremony for course participants and account manager Tejaswin Dhansu, sharing positive reviews and scores. 28 participants gave a five star rating and 7 gave a four-star rating.

Great course! Was not sure what to expect, but Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and clarified any information that students did not understand from the manual. It was easy to relate to the subject with Brian at the helm. Took time to come into break out sessions and assist when needed. Overall, a course that is worth your time!
