With Palo Alto Networks partner program changes rapidly approaching, Arrow had identified gaps in skills and knowledge across the partner ecosystem.
To ensure customer experience and the most effective deployment of the Palo Alto Networks solutions, Arrow saw the strategic value of bringing certification-level training to their key Palo Alto Networks partners.

Arrow selected Red Education, Authorised Global Training Partner of the Year (JAPAC) for ten years running, and secured the services of Instructor of the Year (three years running), Baldev Krish, to provide the optimum training experience and outcomes.
Red Education created a training plan for the Palo Alto Networks solutions that Arrow customers were looking to incorporate. Red Education worked closely with Palo Alto Networks to identify three key solutions that would be prioritised for upskilling and certifications. Arrow decided to launch the program with EDU-238 Prisma SD Wan: Design and Operation.
Arrow ECS launched the upskilling program to their partners who were the most committed to Palo Alto Networks solutions. CCNA selected one of their key engineers to attend the course to lift the levels of knowledge, skill and experience within their organisation.
Outcomes
The improvement in staff training will enable CCNA to produce better-architected plans and proposals for their customers, along with more efficient timelines for the delivery of solutions into their customers’ environments, and improved customer satisfaction metrics via a reduction in vendor help desk engagements.

Great course! Was not sure what to expect, but Brian went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and clarified any information that students did not understand from the manual. It was easy to relate to the subject with Brian at the helm. Took time to come into break out sessions and assist when needed. Overall, a course that is worth your time!
