Challenges

The client’s Palo Alto Networks implementation project was already underway when they discovered there was a need for training to close a critical skills gap in their team of engineers. This client also needed support to understand, plan and coordinate the learning pathways aligned with their cybersecurity technology. Our dedicated Account Manager worked closely with the client to implement a process that would ensure current and future skills gaps were identified and managed more effectively.

solutions

Red Education expert Palo Alto Networks trainers delivered:
Palo Alto Networks SASE – Prisma Access SASE Security (EDU-318) in which the team learned how to design, implement and operate the Prisma Access solution to better protect mobile users and the company’s IT infrastructure in remote networks using a SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) implementation.
On the last day of training, students were able to test their new skills in our custom-built virtual lab environment, working through simulated real-life scenarios without risk.

Outcomes

The client’s immediate skills gap was closed, ensuring that the team was able to further protect this critical energy generator against cyber-attacks. This was also the start of a longer-term exercise that would ensure that training needs were built in the planning process, further safeguarding the success of future implementations.
