Quotes: Mike Baird, Managing Director, Red Education

“Palo Alto is a premium vendor for Red Education. At a global level, we see a high demand for their products, courseware, and certifications. We also see a large opportunity in the newly released Prisma, & Cortex product range. Recently, we’ve provided training sessions on Prisma, and have been staggered by the global interest in this product. The list of attendees has been overwhelming, so we have had to add additional dates to our schedules to accommodate the demand. This is an indication of the strong interest in this product. Red Education has invested heavily in obtaining and upskilling, the best instructors across several countries. We have received some of the highest surveyed feedback ratings of any ATP, which means our students experience truly professional training and a deep understanding of the courseware…

James Sonderegger Head of Global Authorized Training Partner Programs

“Companies have a massive challenge in continually upskilling their technical workforce. As technology rapidly evolves with the advent of cloud deployments, it’s critical that staff are trained to keep abreast of the new technologies. To enable them to stay relevant in the marketplace. Not only do they need to understand the concepts, but they also need to support and deploy large projects. This is where businesses like Red Education become critical in supporting Palo Alto’s global strategies.

Without their professionalism and expert training, the deployments of our products don’t achieve their full potential and this has an impact on the overall ROI, that companies require, to justify the initial investment outlay.

We are pleased to provide this award to Red Education in recognition of the valued services they provide. We know and entrust our customers to them, in the confidence, that they provide a truly outstanding learning experience.

Red Education Advice to Students Regarding the Coronavirus Outbreak

Red Education values the safety and health of our customers and staff above all else. Considering both regional and overseas developments with COVID-19, based on guidance from local Government agencies we will continue to service your local training requirements.

The safety of our clients, students, vendors, and partners is important to us. As a duty of care and in recognition of this situation, our customers and student’s requirements have quickly changed. Therefore, we need to be nimble enough as a business to recognize these changes, whilst protecting the health and safety of students and instructors. As a global training organization, this has been challenging, dealing with numerous governments, all reacting differently with local policy and strategy changes, to tackle the COVID – 19 situation.

The customer is always centric to everything we do; therefore, we are changing our standard training practices to quickly accommodate this customer need. The common-sense approach, until further notice, will be to convert our predominately face to face training to virtual methodologies. Attached are our standard methods explaining virtual practices conducted within Red Education.

With large corporations and local business mandating Activity Based working, at Red Education, we see an opportunity to focus on the educational development of technical staff before they are brought back physically into the work environment. In response to the coronavirus, we have communicated to our team a change in direction and our transition from physical to 100% virtual training. This is something we have specialized in for over ten (10) years.

The professional standards exhibited by our cadre of instructors is second to none across the globe. It’s what sets our business apart from any other training organization.

If you are unsure about any information provided above or need to change your booking to virtual attendance, please contact your local account manager.

We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the Department of Health and/or local public health authorities and update our strategy accordingly.

In the meantime, we are open for business and as always, are here to support you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Kind Regards

Mike Baird

Nutanix will become the 16th technology company in Red Education’s portfolio.

“HCI has become one of the most important solutions for A/NZ organisations,” said Zach Zuravle, Managing Director, Red Education. “We’ve seen considerable demand from our existing partner and end user customer base for HCI training and the technology’s role in a hybrid cloud environment. We anticipate Nutanix will quickly become one of our largest partners.”

“Our aim is to ensure that as HCI adoption accelerates across the region and that A/NZ businesses have the necessary tools and expertise to fully exploit the opportunities and value it provides.” said Andrew Diamond, Channel Director A/NZ, Nutanix.

The announcement follows an increase in Nutanix’s operations, staff and customers in A/NZ, primarily driven by large enterprise and government deals. The company now works with more than 30 government agencies and over a quarter of the ASX top 100 companies. It also recently unveiled a new flagship office in Sydney’s Barangaroo technology hub.
